
Training Class Registration is Now Open!!
With the holidays fast approaching, our traditional class registration process is being modified. Instead of an in-person event, you can complete your forms at you convenience and place them in the training yard drop box at Fairway. We will also offer an in-person drop off opportunity on Tuesday, December 17th at Fairway in Arizona Room 1 at 2:00PM.
Printed forms will be available at the training yard in the Information box if you are unable to print them at home using the on-line fillable form.
Registration Instructions
New members will need to complete the Membership Form as well and submit with registration.
Step 1 – Select Class(es)
- Review the class schedule and decide which class(es) you want to enroll in.
- Send an email to bfdcregistrar@gmail.com indicating the class(es) you wish to attend.
- You will receive a reply with confirmation of the class or if you are on a waiting list.
- The email confirmation only reserves a spot in the class. The email will include a date on which your forms and payment(s) need to be received in order to secure your spot in the class.
Step 2 – Complete Paperwork
- Download the enrollment form which can be filled out electronically and saved to your computer. Complete one form for each class you want to attend and print each form.
- If your rabies certificate is current and on file, write the full expiration date on the form. Otherwise, attach a copy of the rabies certificate to the enrollment form, along with payment for each class.
- We are still on a cash or check system. Place the forms and payment(s) in an envelope and deposit them in the lockbox at the Fairway training yard. Please write “Class Registration” and your name on the envelope.
- If your paperwork and payment are not received by the deadline, the space may be given to an overflow applicant.
